All payments are processed through secure payment systems. Prices are listed in the currency specified for each vehicle. You agree to pay all applicable fees, including vehicle cost, platform commission, shipping costs, and customs duties. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.
Delivery is carried out by sea transport to the selected destination port. Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the departure port, route, and external factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, weather conditions, or other force majeure circumstances.
In case of a dispute, we recommend first contacting our support team for amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved in this way, it shall be considered in accordance with applicable law. We strive for fair resolution of all disputes within a reasonable timeframe.
Avtoorder shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of commission paid for a specific transaction. We are not responsible for the actions of sellers or third parties involved in the delivery process.
All content on the Avtoorder platform, including logos, texts, images, and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you lose access to your account and all associated data.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Russian Federation.
